A great place for exploring Arugam Bay. Right by the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. The owner is helpful. We had a budget double room with a comfortable bed...

i had a fantastic experience here, everything was perfect, the location was particularly good very close to arugam bay, the beach across the road and mature gardens. the room was brand-new and incredibly comfortable and had the best bathroom. got large bed and free wi-fi. the staff were lovely, great.

The comforts of the twin room were fabulous, having climate control, a work desk, and a sitting area. the staff was kind and the beds were great. the location in the heart of the action was absolutely perfect and marvelous.

Our double room was large and brand-new. Climate control, seating area, and writing table worked well. the location was particularly good, in the heart of the action. the atmosphere was SPECIAL. Close to mature gardens, beach, and Arugam Bay.

Located just steps away from the beach, the hotel offers spacious and clean rooms with comfortable large double beds. the staff is highly attentive, willing to cater to guests' needs and provide an amazing experience. the communal kitchen and lounge area are great additions, along with the lovely garden and pool. With monkeys occasionally spotted around the area, this spot offers a unique wildlife encounter.

Despite the presence of fans in the rooms, the lack of air conditioning may make the heat feel overwhelming for some guests.

The room was spacious and newly furnished, with a large double bed that was really comfortable to sleep on. the facilities were great; with a nice pool and a communal kitchen/lounge area available to all guests. the location was amazing, being just a few steps away from the beach and a lot of restaurants and cafes. the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always available to help with anything.

We had an amazing stay here! Best aspects include the spacious and clean rooms with comfortable beds, the accommodating and helpful staff who assisted us with all our needs, and the lovely pool and garden area. Additionally, the hotel's location is in close proximity to the beach, restaurants, and cafes.

During our stay, the wonderful staff was always available to assist with anything needed. The spacious room was clean and new, equipped with a comfy large double bed with A/C. The location was perfect for easy beach access with plenty of nearby restaurants and cafes. A communal kitchen/lounge area and a rooftop terrace also added to the charm of the property.

Room was uncomfortably hot at times. Although we booked a fan room, the heat was often too much to bear.
